Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Due to the variant nature of our inventory, we usually cannot exchange the same item for a different size or color. But we would be happy to exchange your purchase for another item from the shop.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
